Mix-n-Stain™ CF680 Antibody Labeling Kit is an outstanding near-IR, cyanine-based dye excitable at about 680 nm with emission at about 700 nm. CF™680 is excellent for labeling antibodies, producing the brightest fluorescence and highest signal-to-noise ratio in immunostaining among spectrally similar dyes. However, because of its relatively large molecular size, CF™680 is not recommended for labeling nucleic acids or relatively small biomoleMix-n-Stain™ CF680R Antibody Labeling Kit (Catalog # CF-860R) is better suited.
